Scheduled Maintenance

Our experience has consistently proven that by proactively maintaining your property, you are minimising the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns and maximising the longevity of its systems and finishes.

To this end we have established the following maintenance regime, which can be adapted to suit your specific requirements:

  • We undertake a survey of your property to ascertain its precise maintenance needs.
  • This enables us to create a detailed schedule of maintenance bespoke to your property, which in turn establishes how frequently a member of the Maintenance Team will need to visit you during the year (on average no less than once every three months).
  • We are then able to present you, with a summary of our suggested services and an annual estimate for
    your consideration. Should you wish to increase or decrease the services we are recommending, we can tailor our proposal to suit your requirements.
  • A full Maintenance Schedule will then be provided to you detailing the maintenance requirements of each item in your property once a Maintenance Agreement is in place.
  • This service is costed, based on the amount of time we estimate it will take to maintain your property within a 12 month period.
  • Many maintenance companies do not provide evidence of their calculations, preventing their clients from fully understanding the extent of the work covered within a contract. In contrast, we will present you with a full breakdown of time allocated to each item, thereby giving you a clear brief on all aspects of the services we provide. This will enable you to independently monitor our work.
  • 800 Aftercare will coordinate visits based on your diary and will update you on the work completed. We will also provide safe storage of all relevant documentation at 800 GROUP┬áhead office.
  • As part of our scheduled maintenance agreement, we provide you access to our 24 hour Emergency Call-Out service, in the unlikely event that you require our immediate attendance at short notice.

The following are examples of some of the internal and external maintenance services we offer:

  • Mechanical and electrical plant and controls (pumps / water storage / airconditioning / heating and hot water systems etc.)
  • Internal and external building maintenance (fault diagnostics and condition surveys)
  • Certifications including Gas Safe and NICEIC
  • Internal cleaning services including glazing maintenance and high level cornice cleaning etc.
  • Swimming pool maintenance
  • Joinery maintenance
  • Surface finishes maintenance
  • Kitchen maintenance
  • Gutters and gullies
  • Security and access control systems
  • Lighting controls and luminary maintenance
  • Specialist services (fire and safety etc.)
  • Audio visual and data communications
  • Access to our 24 hour Emergency Call-Out Service
